SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:

We offer $10 Flat Rate shipping everyday on Alberta and Saskatchewan orders on in-stock items. B.C. ORDERS (and others outside of Alberta & Saskatchwan): We offer $10 off shipping to other provinces. Please note that shipping costs to provinces outside Alberta and Saskatchewan are evaluated based on location and additional charges will be invoiced through Paypal. Payment must be made in full prior to shipping. Due to the additional time required to process, RUSH orders cannot be accepted. |

Chalk Paint® and Milk Paint will be shipped in one or more boxes, depending on the size of your order.

Occasionally some items will be back-ordered. These orders are normally filled within a reasonable amount of time. You will be notified of delays over 10 days.

Apple Box Boutique is a true believer in protecting the environment and its natural resources. Our hope is that you will in turn use our boxes and materials for your shipping needs. By continuing the "cycle" we are all preserving the future. We thank you for your efforts.
RETURN POLICY:
Please do not return merchandise without first contacting us. Returns must be accompanied by a Returns Code issued by Apple Box Boutique Inc. We will either exchange the item or issue a credit to your Paypal account or a complete refund, less shipping charges. Please include your invoice and Returns Code with your returned merchandise. Orders returned after 14 days or paint cans that have been opened will not be accepted. Merchandise returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.
Our return policy is extended during the Christmas season to 10 days after Christmas without penalty.
